This policy describes how Vild med Djursland processes personal data when you sign up for a tour via the website.

What data do we process?

When you sign up for a tour, we only process the details you yourself enter in the form: name, email address, phone number (optional), number of participants, which tour you are signing up for, and any message. We do not collect any other information and do not use cookies for tracking or statistics.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to handle your registration and to contact you about the tour you have signed up for. The legal basis is your consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You give your consent actively in the form, and the wording of the consent is stored together with your registration as documentation.

Storage and deletion

Your data is stored for no more than 90 days from registration, after which it is deleted automatically. You can withdraw your consent at any time and have your data deleted sooner by writing to info@vildmeddjursland.dk.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address for the sole purpose of sending you newsletters about tours, recipes and nature experiences. The legal basis is your consent, which you give actively when subscribing, and the wording of the consent is stored as documentation.

Your address is stored until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe immediately at any time on the unsubscribe page or via the link in the newsletter – your address will then be deleted at once. You can also always request access to what we have registered by writing to info@vildmeddjursland.dk.

Disclosure and data processors

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties. The website and database are hosted by Railway Corp., which acts as a data processor. Data is stored in a data centre in the EU (EU West), and all communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we process about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data deleted ("the right to be forgotten"),
• withdraw your consent – this does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out beforehand,
• receive your data in a commonly used format (data portability).

Enquiries about your rights should be sent to info@vildmeddjursland.dk. We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible and no later than within one month.

Complaints

You can complain about our processing of your personal data to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby – see www.datatilsynet.dk.

All content on this website – including images, texts, logo and graphics – belongs to Vild med Djursland and is protected under copyright law. Copying, downloading, redistribution or any other use of the content is only permitted with prior written permission from Vild med Djursland.
